广电专业应用型人才培养模式改革的探索与实践——以成都大学文学与新闻传播学院为例

文章根据成都大学城市型应用性综合大学的性质,对文学与新闻传播学院高素质应用型人才培养模式进行了创造性的探索与实践,提出必须改革现行的教学计划,整合课程资源,加强和完善广电实验室和校内外实习基地的建设,培养和引进"双师型"教师,强化学生专业实践能力,并依托专业实验室,创新实验项目,用实验项目取代学年论文,学生毕业论文则可以自主选择学术论文或项目成果的形式完成。对于文科学院,这种探索与实践具有推广价值。     

“实践性学习”:一种新型的职前教师教育模式

基于教育问题的"实践性学习"强调教育实践在教师教育过程中的作用,是培养师范生教育胜任力的一种新型模式。在教育理念上,"实践性学习"强调"知行合一",侧重"做中学",认为职前教师教育仅仅传授教育知识是远远不够的,还必须提供教育实践机会,在"实践场景"下让他们尽早进入专业领域,参与教育实践活动,才能掌握了教育的程序和方法,获得教育胜任力。     

论《毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论》课程利用井冈山红色资源的依据与途径

井冈山红色资源是优质教育资源。《概论》课程利用井冈山红色资源有两个基本依据：一是可能性依据,即《概论》课程的教学内容与井冈山红色资源具有密切的内在联系,二是必要性依据,即利用井冈山红色资源是《概论》课程的优势和责任。《概论》课程既可在课堂教学中利用井冈山红色资源,又可以创造条件,在实践教学中利用井冈山红色资源。     

英国教育问责制度的历史、实践及评价

20世纪70年代,鉴于问责制在公共管理领域取得的巨大成绩,英国政府开始逐步将其应用到教育领域,希望能够提升教育绩效。英国教育问责的发展经历了兴起、发展和改进三个阶段,经历了一条由注重教育资源利用到提升教育绩效再到关注教育公平的发展轨迹。英国教育问责范围广泛,对学校、学生和教师的评估是问责的重点,其问责注重群体性、自主性和公开性。通过问责实践活动的开展,教育质量有了很大提升。问责已经成为英国教育领域不可或缺的重要体制。     

民族院校大学生心理问题及教育对策研究

民族院校的大学生是一个特殊群体,其心理健康状态从总体上讲是良好的,但在价值多元化时代,民族院校大学生心理问题明显增多,且呈现多样化。在了解民族院校大学生特别是少数民族大学生心理问题的基础上,采取相应的教育对策,已是民族院校现实而紧迫的任务。     

Fabulachia: urban,black female experiences and higher education in Appalachia

Abstract

This article draws on focus group conversations with black female college students attending a small, liberal arts institution in Kentucky. Based primarily on group interviews and discussions, as well as observations and analysis – a theoretical domain (referred to throughout the article as ‘Fabulachia’) emerged as a site-specific outcome of events and ideas regarding race, gender and identity experienced by the research participants. Specifically, ‘Fabulachia’ functions as a theoretical hybrid space in which urban (e.g. ‘ghetto fabulous’) black college student-voices find a sense of empowerment as they construct their own narratives of leaving ‘the hood’ to attend college in rural Appalachia. This project revises and updates previous research on race and rural identity/ies in order to situate the urban black female experience into an Appalachian context. Drawing on hip hop feminism and urban education based theoretical paradigms, the Fabulachia study seeks to give voice to black females in contemporary Appalachia, with attention to their self-proclaimed ‘ghetto fabulous’ identities honed in and through their urban upbringings. The unique experiences of (Fabulachian) black females are an important and largely absent part of larger conversations of the growing body of Urban education research that seeks to situate the black student/black youth and schooling experience in the US. In the Fabulachia study, a group of black female students shared personal narratives (part-oral history and part direct response) to prompts and queries about the role of hip hop culture, race and gender identity in their lives. They also discussed and debated what it means to be a black female in contemporary (often racist) Appalachia, and about how their families and urban surroundings influenced their processes of being and becoming in the context of higher educational achievement.     

Using counter-stories to challenge stock stories about Traveller families

Abstract

Critical Race Theory (CRT) is formed from a series of different methodological tools to expose and address racism and discrimination. Counter-stories are one of these tools. This article considers the potential of counter-stories as a methodological, theoretical and practical tool to analyse existing educational inequalities for Traveller communities. Although discrimination towards Traveller communities is well documented, there has been limited use of CRT to examine this position and challenge the social injustice they experience. In this article ‘stock stories’, or commonly held assumptions and stereotypes about Traveller communities are highlighted and refuted with Travellers’ own accounts. It is hoped this article will dispel stock stories, raise awareness of the real inequalities Travellers face and inform methodological debate.

美国扩军备战的鼓吹者——伦纳德·伍德

伦纳德·伍德认为：美国必须为未来战争做好准备，实行国民经济总动员，建立公民军队、平民军事教育体系和预备役军官。他在担任总参谋长期间采取了一系列的措施：提高总参谋部的效率，改革后勤，改组国民警卫队，改革军队编制，开展“普拉茨堡运动”，颁布1916年《国防法》和《扩军法》，为美国参加第一次世界大战做好了准备。
